Some artists who influenced my work were my great grandmother and my uncles who are all incredibly talented artists. My great grandmother drew the human body and friends, which was inspiring. My sisters have also influenced me with their art. I chose one of my favorite family photos to bring to life in charcoal because it is a medium I have enjoyed in the past.
