Summary

There are an incredible amount of details that a grammar school teacher manages. Not surprisingly, there is a tendency for grammar school teachers to become overly task oriented and lose their vision. As a result, teachers of this age group tend to focus more on control and less on grace in the classroom. The well-oiled machine can lead to students who have lost their love for learning. This is often in stark contrast to what teachers really desire to do. This workshop will focus on identifying personal areas of weakness and learning how to create a place of grace in our classrooms.
