Summary

Sure, it sounds like a great idea, but is strategic planning really that helpful? Don’t plans just sit on a shelf after a lot of hard work? And who has the time to write one? In this workshop, we will learn what makes a great plan, how to write one, and then actually use your strategic plan to build vision, set direction, ensure alignment, and provide accountability.
