2018 Leaders Day Talk | 46:26 | Marketing & Growth
Summary
Is your school still the best-kept secret in town? Are you frustrated as a school leader that your school is not growing like you think it should? Sometimes despite having the best marketing plan, vision, messaging, admissions team, and website, schools still struggle to grow. The first step in achieving the desired school growth is clearly identifying what the problems are that are limiting your success. Schola has seen several issues over the years that pop up again and again with schools struggling to grow. We want to share our insights with you and challenge you to take a deeper look. These real-world insights are based on Schola’s experience as a digital marketing agency with many classical Christian schools in the United States. The goal of this workshop is that you will walk away knowing what you need to look into with your leadership in order to avoid these common problems or to identify them and stop them in your school. You should attend this workshop if you are willing to take an honest look at how you as a leader are impacting your school’s ability to grow. This workshop is not going to be fun or comfortable but it will help you consider what underlying issues might be hurting your growth.
