Summary
Christopher will share how his focus on leadership in the family business cleared a way for him to live out his faith.
Speaker
Christopher Blattner is from Central Minnesota and holds a BS in business finance. He spent 27 years in a family construction company where revenue grew from $30 million to over $1 billion. Chris has held many positions through those years including site manager, project manager, logistics director, executive risk management director, VP. As the organization grew, professional leadership became a key focus in developing people within the organization. The company established a leadership development committee (which Chris was part of) that created intentional leadership development of its employees. Although the company itself is not Christian-focused, many of the leadership principles it embraces are. Chris became a committed follower of Christ in 1998 and experienced the challenges of living out his faith in the construction business world.
