What pitfalls should a board avoid? In this workshop, we will look at both principles and practices that are necessary for the board to function in a manner that leads to thriving—now and for years to come. Participants will leave with a Board Playbook that serves as a roadmap and resource to schools wanting to grow a healthy, strategic, and disciplined board.
