2016 Leaders Day Talk | 48:31:00 | Fundraising & Development, Marketing & Growth
Summary
There is no website, no brochure, no open house, and no marketing program, which will ever have the power of a parent in the grocery store isle talking with another parent about the ways in which your school is transforming their child’s life. Christian schools across the country consistently report that 75% to 90% of new inquiries are driven by existing parent/student referrals. ISM has demonstrated and taught for decades that the primary driver of enrollment demand is a healthy, professional, growth-focused, student-centric, faculty culture. Come join Bill Simmer, ISM ïs director of association relations, as we move beyond “kumbaya talk” to the core of what a healthy faculty culture looks like and what you can do to make sure your faculty culture is, in fact, healthy.
Speaker
Bill Simmer has been with Independent School Management (ISM) for 12 years and acts as ISM’s chief liaison with state, regional, national, and international associations. He manages ISM’s many relationships with these associations, and works with our association partners to create powerful professional development experiences. Bill came out of the Christian school movement and his life’s mission and passion is to see industry best practices manifest themselves in Christian schools with the end result being the transformation of children’s lives.
