Summary

Classical Christian education has been defined as the cultivation of virtue and wisdom by nourishing the soul on truth, goodness, and beauty according to God’s revelation using the classical liberal arts. Teaching students knowledge that leads to understanding and then matures into wisdom is a daunting task. How are we also to cultivate virtue? Cathy Boyd will share from her 16 years of experience in classical Christian education how teachers may be intentional in cultivating virtue in the lives of their students through classroom content, culture, and community.
