Creating and maintaining faculty unity is essential to the mission of a classical Christian school is requires administrators and teachers to understand their roles, understand the teams they are naturally a part of, leverage their unique perspectives, and communicate clearly and joyfully to the correct audiences. Unity in Christ is the starting point, midpoint, and end point of this o en ignored-and-forgotten key attribute to classical Christian school success.
