Summary


This workshop is a review of current factors which must be considered as school leaders look to open and expand Christian schools Factors include: mission alignment, funding, culture, and human capital.

Speaker


John Eriksen is the co-founder and partner of the Drexel Fund. At age 34, John became one of the youngest Catholic school superintendents in the country in Paterson, New Jersey. John also brings significant experience in management consulting and investment management. John began his career in education as a high school teacher in Baton Rouge, LA, as part of the fourth cohort of teachers in the Alliance for Catholic Education and currently serves as the director of education initiatives at the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management. John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Harvard Kennedy School.
