Summary
Trust, respect, and transparency buttress a healthy partnership between a board of directors and their employee, the head of school. All of our schools practice varying degrees of institutional practices when it comes to the roles and responsibilities between the head of school and the board In those variant practices, common principles arise that we harness for the greater good of our schools. With courage and a are for adventure, boards and heads lead schools with vision and executable plans. Come join our workshop, and I promise to be open with the audience about both our successes and failures along the way. Beyond practices and principles, we will focus on the art of formal and informal communication between the board and head as well.
