Summary
Our culture’s ongoing rejection of traditional sexual morality has serious legal consequences for schools that dissent from the emerging orthodoxy. Most notably, the freedom of schools to organize around shared convictions, including convictions about marriage and gender identity, is in serious jeopardy. Christiana Holcomb, an attorney who specializes in protecting the religious liberty of Christ-centered institutions, will describe the nature and magnitude of the threat and suggest concrete steps schools can take to prepare for the coming challenges.
