Summary
Outside of our educational circles, “rhetoric” is regarded with almost universal suspicion. But is this a biblical suspicion? We must make sure that in our study and teaching of rhetoric, we condemn what God condemns and praise what God praises. The Bible says a lot about what we say. We will consider some of what it says, and howæit appliesæto teaching rhetoric in the classroom.
