When there are not exact match documents found in the ACCS database for a specific query, GPT will combine the sources available with its own knowledge to provide a composite answer.
It will provided sources to the documents it found that are most tangentially relevant to the topic that it was able to find the ACCS database. This is to avoid the No Documents Found answers with strict relevance criteria.
